Cleansing your lashes with a proper Lash shampoo a couple of times a week is one of THE most important things about having Lash Extensions! Our natural lashes are designed to keep dirt, debris and oils from our eyes. If we do not shampoo our lashes we can get bacterial infections like Blepharitis and a Demodex Mite infestation. Blepharitis is a build up of sleep that can get itchy and make your eyelids swell. Demodex mites are microscopic mites that we have all over our bodies, totally normal, however if we don't wash our lashes we can cause an infestation!! Clean lashes also help with better retention!
